I have nothing insightful to say.  All the Knowledge of the world has, at some point, been expressed or felt by someone somewhere.  I went to college feeling ready to change the world.  After two and a half years, I'm ready to admit that I am nothing.  I can study books, write papers, occasionally make statements in class... but what good does any ( Read more... )

Lately I have found myself increasingly discontent with the American higher education system. While for at least the past 6 1/2 years, I have felt strongly that grades K-12 have been generally jokes, the beginning of college gave me hope for our country.
