Spilled a little coffee on the keyboard this morning ... I wasn't too worried, since I'd heard it was nearly impossible to damage a Model M with a liquid spill ... it'd basically have to somehow get up inside the little "tube" the keys are sitting on to short out anything. Went with dad to Seattle for his cancer checkup on Tuesday and Wednesday. Doing good!  We bought a GPS receiver at Fry's while we were there. There's a robin nesting in the pine tree next to our front porch. You can see her from the front room through the window. Her eggs just hatched a couple days ago, and she's been feeding her insatiable little brood constantly. She'll bring them a huge worm, sit down for like three minutes, and then she's off again to catch something else. The cats ( Read more... )
