I'm a huge fan of that song "The Luckiest" by Ben Folds despite semi-creepy lyrics. There's something about its honesty along with a captivating piano melody draws me in. I wanted to comment on a lyric in the song and tell a story or two to go along with it.

What the heck. Yesterday I had a benign sniffly nose, the kind you get when you walk outside and the cold air makes it start running. I took some Claritin with minimal relief. First day at the regional hospital. It went well for my first day. It's gonna be a long two months though. Biggest wow for the day - we had a lady who had a below-the-knee amputation and would occasionally get an "itch" on her phantom limb.
