Hi,

I was wondering if those of you doing cloning have a favorite program that will display alligned nucleotide to amino acid sequence, allow for labeling of the protein domains, and is pretty. I will be teaching a Molecular bio lab (undergrad), so easy to use is a plus. Any suggestions?
