How do you handle breast milk for toddlers during date nights? Do you take some, do you figure water is fine, what time span would you or wouldn't you leave some?

I haven't pumped really except for twice in over 7 months. DD is 14.5 months. I got an oz each time I've pumped recently. Is the pump kind of a loss now? Any ideas to get some output. We aren't giving a milk alternative. She nurses A LOT so I'm not really feeling like the milk isn't there..

Has anyone used my fitness pals or lose it to track food intake? I still nurse quite often and want to be sure I'm not eating poorly based on what's needed for nursing, any tips or suggestions?
