OMG you guys I have an interview for a library technician job next week! It's the one I applied for back around the time I picked up my retail gig, and I'd just about given up on it, but they called me yesterday.
I'm trying not to get too excited, dince we're only at the phone interview level, but I'm seriously perfectly qualified for it!

Whoops
I suddenly got very faint at work some time after 4 today, and wound up going home early. It was 6 hours into a nine-hour shift, and I did ten hours yesterday, so I thought I might have just pushed too hard. Which is fine, except that I'm scheduled to do the same next weekend ( Read more... ) -

The things I think about when I can't sleep...
I spent a good while last night wondering whether you have to buy bow ties in lengths (I'm guessing yes?), or if not (since I've never noticed them being sold in lengths when I've seen them for sale), how the hell do people compensate for their neck size when tying one?
