Looking for Recipes...
As some of you know, I spend the early part of each December making cookie and candy trays. I already have recipes I like for cut-outs, gingerbread cookies and caramel corn, but I'm looking for something new. Like most people, my husband has spell check on his computer. It's one click. But at least a dozen times a day, he asks me how to spell something. I'm terrible at multitasking, so I have to stop what I'm doing and mentally switch gears to actually think about how to spell something and then spell it out-loud. Fandom and the Media...
One of the things I think about a great deal in terms of the changing face of fandom is how much more visible it is to outsiders/the general public today. Although I have no illusions that actors and show producers were ever ignorant of the existence of fandom or slash, there is a far thinner barrier between TPTB and the ordinary fan today.
