I think I need to illustrate this journal more. I am, after all, a visual person. LJ doesn't make this as easy as I'd like - perhaps it is time to move to a new blog altogether. The spring sun is causing my sap to warm and flow so who knows what's going to happen next.

Timely DailyOM message today, copied below. Yoga yesterday was hard. My muscles were cramping, I was having a lot of trouble finding the correct postures, and it was really hot in the room. I was really working to just find the meditation in each pose, but it was really a struggle. I didn't eat or drink enough before class, which didn't help ( Read more... )

I'm so tired. Tired of working, tired of being behind, tired of coming home and collapsing, tired of not feeling like I have enough time, tired of not being able to get into the studio (and then when I get there, not having the energy to work).
