Wow. I did absolutely incredible in today's invitational at Quabbin. As you all know, I ran VARSITY, and was told I'd probably come in sixth in Gardner Girls. Today was killer practice. We ran hard, close to a sprint, up Nelson Street (a fairly good hill) five times, went for a 15-minute run, came back and did five more, another 15-minute run, five more and then jogged back to school.
