Satotz: Okay everybody. First of all, what is the most important as a hotel man?
Gon: Hai! "Knowledge and customer service" is what Mngr Kurapica always told us.
Satotz: Not only just that but more important is to smile "Smile!" Just a good smile will get a good impression from customers.
Kurapica: I see, its certainly is. As expected from Mr Satotz!
Satotz: First, lets have a smiling practice.
Leorio: How do you practice smiling?
Satotz: Open your mouth widely and say "ehimemikan" ten times. (1)
Killua: Would that make us smile?
Satotz: Yes. Okay everybody, let us start.
All: Hai! E-hi-me-mi-kan x10
Satotz: Okay, okay. How was it?

Because a true good smile comes from the contents of human nature. (don't quite understand D:)
Leorio: So why did you let us do it?
