I've never done a proper blog about being an "atypical" ADD kid or finally getting the diagnosis at age 27 that literally changed my life. The insomnia rarely visits these days, but tonight I'm wide awake at 3:30AM. Months of enforcing a sleep schedule that would satisfy even the most strict of Catholic nuns has convinced my body that 3:30AM is for dreaming and snoring, so I haven't seen this dark of night in quite some time ( Read more... )
