Just back from the gym where I have completed my first class in over a year. Admittedly it was a stretch class but I did it. I also did 25 minutes on the bike and the same on the treadmill.

I've had a really good and productive day although i did not go out at all. Getting up this morning I heard that there was a possibility of rain tomorrow, therefore, I had to wash the sheets today. I had a day at home today because I really didn't need to go out. Instead I did things like wash - definitely a highlight - and sort out some problems on my ipad. Since I upgraded the operating system on my imac things are a little more difficult to do. I wanted to take photos off the ipad and this kept me busy for quite a while ( Read more... )
