1) I just have bad luck with neighbors,

2) There are just so many inconsiderate people out there that the odds are actually more likely for a dick to move in next door.

I worked at the convention yesterday, registering people and giving out badges, and surprisingly it was rather stressful because I was not really familiar with any of the details of how we had registered our guests.
