Ryan Adams is playing in Somerville on June 29th. Tickets are around $35, but I bet it will be a great show - supposedly the new album he's promoting is his best in years. Another portion of the Emerson application, if you want to take film courses, has you submit a short script sample. In this I basically just wanted a story that revolved around a modern day, average guy who envisions himself some sort of Film Noir detective, and watch him react to sane people in an everyday, mundane siuation.
