Anybody have anything from Carnevale 2010?  I went for the first time this year, and will go again next year.

I just got back last weekend (we added a U.K. trip after Venice :-), & I finished editing all my photos from a glorious trip to the most magical of cities! Now I know why so many ppl go back for this event *sigh*.

Anyone going to Carnivale this year?

I'm finally going! My husband, mother, & stepfather arrive on 14 February. We're going to 2 costume events so far -- hot chocolate at Caffe Lavena on Tuesday the 17th & the Dolce Vita Ball on Thursday the 19th (my birthday :-).

Love to hear other ppl's plans, perhaps meet up...

After a lot of research, the friends with whom we are going to Venice in February had reserved an apartment for us to share. The location was perfect - very near the Rialto bridge - and the layout and photos of the place made it seem perfect for our group.
