I'm new here. I am currently on the fifth day of my fourth week, and thus far I have lost 5.3 lbs. (from a starting weight of 143, I am currently 137.7, I am 5'5"). :) The discouraging thing is, it WAS more than that, because before my last weigh-in, I had lost 7.8 pounds, but I gained 2.5 last week. Ugh
