Constant illness and depression are dragging me toward atheism. If there is a God, he really hates me and my family. Hell, he just tried, and failed, to kill my grandmother. Science defeated him. How am I supposed to exercise to improve lung function if I have sinuses and lungs that go crazy at any sign of pollen and dust? Do I still exercise even with chest congestion? Considering the risks of NOT exercising are stroke, heart disease, cancer, and diabetes vs. worsening whatever is in my lungs? -
