So GLaDOS's actions towards Chell throughout the games can pretty easily be interpreted as some sort of twisted robot crush. (If the reviews, articles, and interviews I've read are anything to go by, that is.) Which is actually kind of sad for GLaDOS, since the chances of the feeling being mutual are astronomically low, and even if they were, she doesn't have the right lady-parts to consummate the relationship. Herp derp. No wonder she's homicidal.
I'd love to see Chell actually realizing this and reacting accordingly. Just think of all the ways she could use it to her advantage. Triple bonus points and a free internet if somehow, the feeling actually is mutual and they find a way to do it anyway.

Here's a story I'd really like to see - Now bear with, long prompt is long:
First off? Is everyone familiar with the 'What-If' machine from Futurama?
I'd like to see a fic - potentially filled by multiple authors (and anon fully intends on getting in on the action - or I suppose if some brave anon wants to tackle this solo, more power to them) which is an homage to the two Futurama episodes this references:
The idea that I had - Just before the end of Portal 2 happens, GLaDOS finds a 'What If' core in and amongst the defectives and gives it to Chell as the first to attach to Wheatley. Final battle is put on hold and neurotoxin is turned off as the Sphere starts a program that involves everyone stopping what they're doing to ask a series of 'What If' questions.
The idea is that is an homage to Futurama and if you're familiar with the humour there(ie: Leela asking what would happen if she was the tiniest bit more impulsive and turning out homicidal or Fry wondering what would happen if life were more like a video game and space invasion turning out to be exactly like the eponymous arcade game.) So: "What if Wheatley weren't a moron?" "What if Chell was fat and lazy?" "What if Cave hadn't died and was in the GLaDOS chassis?" "What if GLaDOS couldn't lie?" There's loads of opportunity for funny and kink.

I have noticed the disconcerting lack of preg posts here. So why not some Wheatley getting Chell pregnant? Perhaps it's part of Glados' plan to get more test subjects?
Bonus points if chocolate and licking are involved. ;D

Morbid Reality Time:
How long do you think Chell would make it in the 'real world' when she's barely dealt with humanity and its pathogens? She's basically spent her life in a recycled/purified air environment, like...people with immunity disorders have to.
I guess what I'm requesting is- HOW? How did she make it, if not for disease, then lack of understanding of how the world works..etc...etc...
Trust me I want Chell to make it for sure. But GLaDOS might have high-balled that sixty years bit...

Our favorite British employee of Aperture Science wants to confess to Chell how he feels, but just can't muster up the nerve. So he recruits a humanized turret trio (or quartet with one lazy one*) for help in a little serenade. Happy ending and/or smutty ending preferred~

Seeing her former best (and maybe only) friend gone mad with power makes Chell sad and angsty, but it also pisses her off. Wheatley's pretty mad, too; he feels that Chell has betrayed him by going off the rails with GLaDOS instead of doing his tests. By the time she finally confronts him, they are both itching (ha) for a fight.
I want to see Chell and Wheatley in an all-out, fist flailing brawl that somehow becomes rough and tumble sexytimes, but with an undercurrent of affection. So not hatesex, but angry, angry lovemaking. Bonus points for including biting, if that's not too squicky <3
