Today's workout: Exact same times as yesterday. Exact same numbers as yesterday. I was distracted in the beginning because my workout buddy was there, and realized toward the end that I wasn't going to even make yesterday's crap numbers, so I pushed a lot harder in the last 5 or 6 minutes to make it up. 20 minutes of cardio this morning plus 5 minutes cool down. 1.24mi and 240 cals at the 20 min mark. 1.52mi and 295cals total. Newish hill program, resistance 2. Afterward, 3x15 crunches and obliques, and stretching.

Had a lot on my mind this morning, didn't concentrate on a hard workout. Resolutions made, though, and my head feels a lot clearer

Did anyone use a client besides Hide Journal to make their journal friends only? For whatever reason, HideJournal won't find anything past November of 2000 in my journal.

Personal trainer booked - once a week, for six weeks, starting the second week in May.

Mighty battle done with one wedding gown retailer. I don't know if I defeated her based on sound logic, or she just wanted to get me off the phone. Either way, I win.
