i've been running 5 miles a day and lifting weights, and eating in moderation. is that good enough to see a difference in myself by november 15th? i have no set amount of weight i want to lose, i just want to see a difference. -

Holy Crap. In the last few months I have managed to gain back half of the weight I lost (I lost about 20 lb. or so overall a couple years ago) and I have several pants and shirts I can no longer fit in or else can't fit in comfortably. ok... i've started a new exersice program about a week and a half ago. my wieght has been going down, but it seems to go up and down.
yesterday i was down 7 pounds and today i'm not!
is this common?
has anyone else had a similiar experience? -

Flubber.
I was once Belimic and lost so much weight I was hospitalized and fed through a tube. When I was in the hospital I didn't care what my size was, I just wanted to be healthy again. Now that Im healthy, I want to be slim again. I am a size 7/8 right now. I want to be a size 5 by July. I'm scared to go back on my laxative diet. I've been thinking ( Read more... ) -
