On the way home tonight I saw that one of the houses in our neighborhood *already* has a full set of Christmas lights up, including on the trees and front walk. Is it me, or is this just too early? I mean, I guess I can see stores wanting to get a jump on early sales promotions, but lights up already? Really?

So, for what I believe is the second time in five years at this job, I have made the mistake of scheduling people for training without actually reserving the instrument time to train them.
