Last night I hung out at a small dinner party with people that I barely know. Even the person I know the 'best,' I still haven't spent much time with, and only really met this year. I took a nice trip to NYC last week. Mostly just hung out with my sister in Queens, but made it to Manhattan to hang out with a few old friends as well. I shouldn't still be awake, but I started watching the incredible TV play "God on Trial" and couldn't stop. It was truly excellent, one of the most amazing things I've seen recently. Obviously I'm really happy with Obama's victory. And obviously, I'm very unhappy with CA Prop. 8's victory, as well as similarly anti-gay measures in Arizona, Arkansas, and Florida.
