Other ice-cream is basically whipped cream with whatever you like added and frozen, but melted chocolate in cream demulsifies as you whip it so you get chococream lumps in oil. Research reveals it requires a magnetic egg-custard base to hold the choco particles in permanent accelleration.

About five mins meditation this morning revealed something very nice; I don't have to be a lonely point in a horrid solipsistic cosmos. Of course I can't verbalise exactly why and can't even remember the exact mechanism but it has to do with 2 2 0. Hooray!
