I adopted a kitten from the animal shelter today. Her name is Grendel and she is fantastic. Pictures soon.

After 2 years and 2 months, the bracelet that I purchased in Cape Cod broke on Tuesday night. My right wrist feels a bit naked.

Not being in school is totally awesome. At least, so far it is. I'm leaving open the possibility that I may want to go back at some point, but right now, I couldn't be happier with my decision.

I was riding my bike downtown yesterday. As I turned on college street, I got in the far right lane. Halfway between 7th and 6th streets, a car that was parallel parked began to pull out while I was RIGHT next to it, forcing me to swerve into oncoming traffic in the next lane. You know that phenomenon where people get depressed in winter for no apparent reason? I think that happens to me in summer. I wish it were 30 degrees and snowing.

This is a video Dave took of The Bradleys playing at WIUX in February. I like it. We've been playing out more. Last week we played a basement show in Indianapolis with Bolth. Late Monday night, my very close friend Rachel James was in a car accident. She was returning to Bloomington after visiting her boyfriend at Purdue when she fell asleep at the wheel, crossed the median, and hit an oncoming truck.
