Bleugh
So had a wedding to go to on Saturday. Spent a bit of time getting ready, felt not so great when I left the house, and was worried people would say mean things. Had a cry in the car on the way to Em's thinking about it.
Got to Em's and they were like "oh i love your dress, you look pretty" blah blah, so felt a bit better.

Flat

New counsellor
So I had my first session today with the new counsellor.
She straight away managed to realise that its not just weight - its all the stuff that came before which caused me to put on the weight in the first place. Which youd think is obvious (I think its obvious) but the last lady started talking about methods to put in place to lose the weight which ( Read more... ) -

help?
can anyone shed any light on the fact that my dvd/cd drive (inbuilt in my laptop) will play cds and dvds, and rip cds onto my computer, but has decided to stop burning cds?? i havent tried it since november so i dont know when this happened, but i tried burning stuff today (using media player), and it tells me that it cannot detect a dvd or cd ( Read more... )
