There has been too much death. Celebrity deaths, yes, but also family members of friends, coworkers, and loved ones. Disney World Christmas Vacation
This last Christmas, my boys and I got to go on our first real vacation together - a week-long trip to Orlando, Florida. Seven theme parks in seven days, woot!

State of the what?
Today I was offered a job transfer that would mean moving to North Carolina. Hahahahahaha, No. I just don’t see that being a good idea right now. Or, maybe, ever. I told them I’d think about it, but it’s not even a question. Relocating would not be in my best interest at this time. Doesn’t mean it’s not funny, though.

So, let's recap:
August 6, 2010, my maternal grandfather died, leaving Lawyer Uncle (who's still unemployed) as executor of the will.- He left Panhandle after the funeral, saying he intended to return the next week.
- He has yet to make any trip back up to Panhandle.
- He has yet to file the will in probate court.
- In short, he has yet to do jack shit.

This was my day off.
Tasks accomplished yesterday, 1/3/11:- Got Thomas off to school at 7:45.
- Had breakfast at IHOP with Scott, who was going back to work after being home on vacation for 3 weeks.
- Called my lawyer and made an appointment for 3 pm.
- Went back home to pick up a couple of things I'd left there but would need later in the day.
