Vancouver's Parks Board is considering a proposal to create a committee to discuss the possibility of making gender-neutral washrooms a reality in all of their facilities. His roomate, Dharun Ravi, was convincted last week after being found guilty of privacy invasion, tampering with evidence, and bias intimidation (a hate crime).
