Wooo, just took my new trainers out for their inaugural run. The difference is quite spectacular. Lately my knee has been giving me problems again, so hopefully this will help.

Jess is still away; Ali got back from Ireland tonight and will drive up to Derby tomorrow and bring him down on Friday. Which means I get two more mornings of quality sleep
