So I took grepdashv's advice and created a separate livejournal as a place to record my uncle Kei's journals.

- Cold + Wet! / Never - never forget to bring rain gear + some warm clothes!!!
- Glad I brought at least on turtle neck had to buy umbrella, but worth it!

Mon - July 1 (London) {1974}
- Tiring flight - shoehorned into a 707, every seat occupied, long lines for the toilets, etc.
- Sun never set due to the polar route (greenland, iceland) never really got any sleep

Kei Moriyasu
Kei Moriyasu is my uncle, my Mom's older brother. He died when I was in junior high school of cancer. (I need to do some research to find out more about that. Specific date, what kind of cancer, etc.). When he came to live with us in Eastern Oregon, he was there to die and I was too young to get to know him. Got really pissed at HJL this AM because goup travel funds cutoff (25% over budget already) - indulged in all sorts of "confrontation" fantasies expressing outrage ("not just disappointed, but really pissed off, and I'll stay p.o.'ed for a long time")
