Why I hate pre-printed postmarks
It's annoying to get a bill in the mail that has penalties because you missed or forgot the initial bill. It's even more annoying to get it on Monday, 15-September, and notice that it has a due date of 12-September - the previous Friday. With the beans now six hours out of the roaster, the CO2 outgassing is well underway and the coffee bag is a poofy pillow looking a lot like a bag of potato chips in Denver.
