I just bought a new latch hook today. It's round, and I've never done a round one before. Are they difficult?

Are the latch hooks that are round or in a different shape difficult to do?

I'm just about finished with my first project, and I need to know how you bind the outer edge.

I just discovered how fun latch-hooking is. I figured it would be really hard, but I learned it's really easy. I'm working on my first one which is an American Flag, and when I'm finished I'm going to do one with a cat on it.

I just ordered my second latch hook kit from Shillcraft. It's the Tulip 20x27". I'm very excited to do it since it's for my best friend who loves Tulips and her favorite color is pink. Yay!

I just lost my $400 digital camera so I won't be able to post pictures until I get a new one. I'm extremely upset! Hopefully it'll turn up but I doubt that since the last time I saw it was on top of our car before we left my brother's house. ****sigh****

Just want to say hello since I just joined. I have been latch hooking for over a year now. I'll try to post pictures once I have them scanned. I haven't had much time for making rugs lately because I have been so busy with schoolwork, but the semester is almost over so I hope to get back to it. I'm waiting for my brother to move in to his new house so I can borrow a book about websites from him. Then I can make my own website and post pics from there. In the meantime start posting your own pics. I'm interested in seeing everyone else's projects. Even if they're not done yet.

What has been everyone's favorite rug they ever latch hooked?
so far I love the tree skirt I did recently but I know some of the ones coming up will become my fav.
