I'm up in weight. Which is normal for me during this time of the month. It'll drop down to where it was before it shot up in a few days. I still feel terrible, albeit better than yesterday. My gastrointestinal tract seems to be in distress. I'm drinking tea and eating toast for breakfast.

woke up slightly heavier. Still feel like crap. My period still isn't here. Since hubby had a vasectomy I'm not telly worried about that. Just tired of being hormonal and bloated.
is going to be really cold in the next few days. -5, without the wind chill factor.

Rang in the new year with vomit. Not just from me but from my 4 year old! The last time he got sick like this he had eaten spaghetti and homemade meatballs. It took a lot of convincing him last night to eat this. He kept saying it would make him sick. of course, he ended up getting sick after this meal.

finished the book
My head hurts. badly. I was going to go on a run today but I'm not going! Tomorrow I have a date with my new shoes. hubby is home today and tomorrow. But I can't exercise while not feeling well, or weigh with him here without a fight. And it's not worth it. I did nature myself. My waist was at 27.5 yesterday, and today is at 27. Getting up to speed
yikes. I'm up 3.1 pounds from when I was up .7! But my period is due day after tomorrow so I'm sure some of it is water bloat. But I did really indulge on our date. I ate a TON of olive garden salad. barely touched my entree. brought it home. But we also had khalua mixed with ICE CREAM! It was so good. After a drink I didn't care about calories. Can I just say what a crap day yesterday was? The dog chewed up a keepsakes hat that all my boys wore, chewed up my favorite pair of high heel shoes. The baby choked on his dinner, then threw it up. And the dog is missing a tooth from where she choked on her OWN collar trying to bite the dog tag. And my hands were all bloody from trying to pull it ( Read more... ) -

It is 7:41 in the morning and I have already done Pure Cardio (Insanity), and I'm drinking a Vega protein powder called Vanilla Chai, which is REALLY yummy! My friend gave me a sample. My husband wasn't happy with it because it has Stevia. Ha sometimes I write things and he sounds like a dick. He's not. I swear.

pleasantly surprised. I woke feeling stiff from all the sodium (ham and alcohol). But my wedding rings were loose. So I maid my waist and u was dosh an INCH. weird. So I weighed in and was down 1.1 pounds. say WHAT? I'm trying to figure out if this is dehydration. either way it was nice to see a number I hasn't seen in weeks.

I ate too much last night. eaters remorse now. Ugh. Didn't weigh in. won't weigh in until I know I'm down a bit. bloated today. And off to another family get together involving food.
*later @2:38* ran 3 miles. That helped me feel better.
