set up PCR

It's easy for me to misinterpret general chat as being subtle insults by my boss.  It doesn't help that we speak two different versions of English.

I'm glad I have another graduate student colleague who can keep me grounded, so I can let go of any misapplied resentment.

I'm searching for an illumination suitable for a neat scroll............. I did a search for "drill" at a Dutch library, and came up with an image of a dude getting his eye drilled out.

Those medieval people really knew how to make an image stick one one's mind.
