happy new year, you're my only vice

i have been trying to pinpoint my anxiety.

this weekend, i took a self-defense class.
it was a Rape Aggression Defense class, and was utterly delightful. i mean, it was intense and emotional and exhausting and it makes me want to beat the shit out of folks and also never ever ever have to use any of this stuff. but i'm so glad i went. and so glad i honestly feel like i learned something from it ( Read more... )
