I'm getting sick. I've taken vitamin C and echinacea. What else should I do? I feel like I just finally got through with the flu we all had last month- I'd like to be healthy for awhile.

When I was a kid, there used to be this really big yarn that our moms bought to use as hair ribbons. Very bright, super chunky and most likely acrylic. I've decided a great homeschooling research project for my son is to find ways for our family to reduce our energy use. Especially ways to keep our home warmer this fall. Maybe he'll figure out something I haven't.
