I found the coolest tool/ toy from Google. It's called "Google Earth" and it is essentially somewhat high-res satellite pictures of the ENTIRE WORLD. You can plug in any address (maybe your child home or current residence) and it will "fly" you there. You can zoom in and tilt, or rotate the image. It also allows you to print or email.
