So last night I went to an open (i.e. public) skate at Putty Hill. At the scrimmage on Wednesday, I hadn't been on skates for two weeks, and felt all stiff and wonky, and didn't want that to be the last time I skated before Sunday's bout. So today fullmetalpussy (a.k.a. Large Marge), Marzipain and went down to lend support to the counter-protest against "Pastor" Fred Phelps and his mongers of hate (see previous entry).
