My dog Cedar was born April 1, 1997, making her fourteen years old today. She's a little stiffer, and not quite as strong as she used to be, but she can still keep up with the young dog in a race, at least for the first lap. She's got the heart of a lion, and her mind is undimmed. Here's to you, Cedar!

Script details for the upcoming 20,000 Leagues prequel were leaked a little while back. It wasn't pretty.

In many ways the script seemed a retconned jumble of the Disney film and Verne's Mysterious Island backstory. And perhaps to have continuity with James Mason's elegant accent, they made Nemo a British officer with sympathies towards the Indian ( Read more... )
