I need advice. Sophia is in the screaming-at-the-top-of her-lungs-when-she's-trying-to-communicate phase. To say the least, it's exhausting. Can I just say how much I hate Windows 8?! We bought a new laptop last week after much procrastination and it came with Windows 8. It is one of the most frustrating and confusing operating systems I have ever worked with. In other mommy news, I bought Sophia a little potty today. She's been showing a lot of interest in sitting on the big potty, but once she's on she gets freaked out. I think because it's so big for her and she probably feels like she's going to fall in. On a more positive note. I did a half hour of Core-focused Pilates yesterday, and it was amazing! My abs are so sore today. I didn't think I had any muscles left down there. My goal is to do either 30 minutes of yoga, pilates, light weights, or a walk every day.

Operation: Happy & Healthy has begun.
