Like I'll hear people talking about something or I'll read about something and have questions so I'll just start googling. I'll end up stuck in a Google time warp going from link to link.

I feel like a fraud when I sign up for runs.

I'll train and be excited for whatever 5k or in this case half marathon I've decided to do and then race day I'll show up and look around at the 'real' runners and feel like I shouldn't be there.

I haven't trained enough, I'm not thin enough, they can tell this isn't my thing.

The older I get the more I realize that I'm guilty of a lot of self sabotage.

I run, yoga and diet my way to lose weight and as soon as people start noticing and commenting on it then I screw it all by starting to eat like crap again or skipping my workouts.
