Going to dinner
Today is the last day for me to collect a free birthday meal at Country Gourmet ( 2098 W. El Camino Real, Mountain View). My birthday was Monday, but I got a grace period. Grf. Note to self: Next time I need to get up early, and I want to have a nice relaxing cup of tea to relax just after midnight, it would help if I made chamomile rather than green. Finally getting tired; I hope my alarm wakes me... -
It was a pretty good day.
I walked/ran at a good clip (OK, I overdid it and had a 15-minute coughing fit, but I did well). I played WoW for my allotted 6 hours (actually, 5, because it took half an hour to get on and everybody left half an hour early). Happy New Year, Everybody!
Well, the year seems to be starting off OK. I partied till almost 5 AM, and slept on my friend's sofa till around 10, got up and puttered around cleaning until the host woke up. I just saw The Pursuit of Happyness. I liked it. It helped the realism that the kid playing Will Smith's son really is his son. It's based on a true story, and is done pretty believably -- frustrations and all ( Read more... ) -
WTF?
I just took The Brutally Honest Personality Test and came up as ISFP -- completely opposite my Myers-Briggs, and half off the last test I took, which showed ESFJ. This compulsion to take tests --- why do I bother? -
Cashews!
