Exercise
So trying to get into shape, dedicated myself to a 1.2 mile loop that I am going to do every day. My girl is walking with me which helps, but the altitude is still kicking my ass. Jobs
So after a long while of doing nothing, I picked up a job starting in May. I am a bit conflicted about it for a few different reasons, first I have not worked for about a year now. Pikes Peak and other Colorado stuff
So have spent since Thursday in Colorado and I like it. The thin air kinda sucks but been told I will get used to it After a while. Piles
Peak really sucked, elevation 14k, I actually saw my pulse in my eyes as a sort distortion after walking 100ft. Who took the air out of my air? It was incredible sight seeing though, clear day in the upper 40s, ( Read more... ) -
Workout
I am so totally wiped out right now. 18 miles or so on the bike today, at about mile 10 or 11 was feeling really good, that last 4 miles though was a bear. I went from great to completly wiped. Though the big thing now is recovery, it should only take me a day to recover from this. As long as I get great sleep tonight I should be fine tomorrow ( Read more... ) -

So I have started to journal about being an obese person and the 1000 days to thin program I have started. It rests itself firmly on shame and guilt in that I will be logging in every day to tell the truth about myself and what I have done in the exercise program to get myself health ( Read more... ) -
Sleep
I am not sure why, but i having trouble going to sleep, and I like sleep. Well last night I decided that I was tired enough and would go to sleep. Went to sleep at 5pm and just woke up. Feel pretty good, the new foam mattress really helped, I can sleep on my back and not feel sore the next day. Well I am off for a walk soon, have a happy Labor Day ( Read more... ) -

well running late so quick post, got the short lap in, felt good, just got to keep going with it. -

Well I haven't posted in a few day, and well I fell off the wagon for a bit. 80 I did nothing, though the 5am walk for 81 I am counting as 80. then on 79 at the last minute I went for a short lap. 78 was a good day though, I did a morning short lap, walked up the building in the afternoon for my luch and then I just got back from what I will call ( Read more... ) -

Slept good last night, really good. I really think it was the long walk I had right before I went to bed, it tired my body out. Any of you that are having trouble sleeping, try a walk it can get your body ready for bed. Though leave about 20 minutes beforehand to make sure you body has time to cool down.
