1) cut down on smoking (and eventually quit)
2) eat healthy foods 90-95% of the time(only occosional treats)
3) get back into shape
4) do 20-30min of yoga everyday (or more)
5) make being healthy more of a priority
6) make more time for myself
7) less cramming more studying throughout the week
8) put things in perspective (this will be difficult)
