Reading this website reminded me of a semi-common occurance at work that just makes me shake my head....

Customer:  I'd like a drink please.

Me: Fountain drink?

Customer:  Yes, pop, whatever.

Me:  Okay, would you like a small or a large?

Customer:  Medium.

Me:  I'm sorry, we only have two sizes, small or large.  *cups are in view, next to register*
