So there's a plan to add a traffic circle at a busy rural intersection in the east part of this county. It's probably a good idea. The traffic's in that range - steady, but not heavy - that makes sense for a traffic circle, and as things are now, traffic on M-46 sometimes has to wait a long time for an opening to get through.
