the guy i was almost dating told me he is not going to ask me out {he's scared of my dad}. that means im free, right? i admit, i have wandering eyes. when i see a good looking male, i stop to appreciate God's good work. hey, Im still single. 
so why is everyone pushing me towards him? i dont appreciate

now, on to the dilemma. I think you should talk to your dad and THEN have this guy talk to your dad. If he hears it from his daughter first you might have a better chance of him saying yes. Also, tell your dad you are willing to go to extremes to date him such as...chaperoned dates. I know it sounds crazy but desperate times call for desperate measures. If these don't work, come back to me and I'll see what I can do.
