Am I a pixie?
Ancestry.com did a huge update and I had some pretty drastic changes in my DNA history. They did add a specific area to my and my Dad's DNA. He now has 5% Cornwall and I have 4% Cornwall.
Admittedly, I don't know a ton about the area aside from the vague legends. Anyone here know much about Cornwall? -

I sneakded out
Since I got a 7:15am start at work and was GO GO GO the entire time, when I got home, I gave the kitties a lunch snack, made me some lunch (I was HONGRY) and after tending to a few more items, I decided that I'd go check out the pool at the Y. I helped out the evil empire business/budget/hr fiefdom by per-request-on-the-fly putting together an explanation of the funding I administer and the last three years of total award information. Getting prepared for activity
I have my follow up with the gastro on Nov 5, likely to talk about endoscopy/colonoscopy since I've had neither. But his talk with me seems to imply that while I need weight loss and more activity to combat the fatty liver disease, there's nothing we should do about my liver bumps for now except keep an eye on them. Poor Dad. Well he made it to 88 today but the assholes at the facility didn't help him and so the bagels and cream cheese are still sitting in a box in his room since they arrived Wednesday evening. Damn I'm tired
I feel bad that I only talk to Dad once or twice per week now. It's mainly because it sounds like it's a lot of effort for him to even speak since he's breathing heavier and it's difficult to understand what he says.
