So, I drive by the old apartment today and see that it looks like somebody has moved in. Later on Kasi comes home and tells me that the woman that was subletting our apartment is breaking the sublet because it reeks of car urine in there. I called the leasing office and found out that somebody had signed the sublease but was breaking it ( Read more... )

So, of course the woman that was going to move in is completely unhappy with how clean the place is, even after I spend 2 1/2 hours yesterday recleaning the bathroom, which was only slightly dirty after two weeks, the kitchen, in which I forgot to wipe out 1 cabinet and needed to scrub out the oven before mopping all of the crap they had tracked ( Read more... )

Anyone know where I can get some free legal advice in Bloomington? I have a question concerning my lease and don't know who I can ask without having them make me pay them for a 2 minute question with a yes or no answer.

So, I got a call on Tuesday from a gentleman at Lancaster Laboratories. Apparently they have major offices in Lancaster Pennsylvania but have minor offices around the country working as small departments in and around other major industrial and pharmaceutical companies.
