I need help guys. I'm right on the edge of a total friggin amazing culinary breakthrough....but the final bit is escaping me. I basically made lime sorbet today using real lime zest & juice, and I realized that if I added good gin to that and put it in a cocktail glass, then I could have something really fantastic.
