There will not be a Spider-Man 4, instead Sony is rebooting the series without Tobey Maguire or Sam Raimi and sending Peter Parker back to high school. There was a lot of rumors lately that prep for SM4 wasn't going smoothly, particularly over the issue of who was going to be the villain. Raimi apparently wanted the Vulture, Sony... anyone else.
